1. Machine frames are constructed bv dimensional steel profile. to ensure excellent Anti-corrosive effect we apply hot zinc galvanization process, Al guiding bars have been coated with hard Chrome.
2. Self-developed PLC Control Unit with intellectual USB Update function and individual solenoid valves lock with !/0 Unit enable stable, fast response and fully
comprehensive features. All electricity components are complied with CE standard.
3. 15.6" Touch screen Control with Remote surveillance Data collecting System where management can get actual production data of individual machine on their systems at anytime & anywhere.
4. Double Steam Valves Main & Auxiliary for faster and better fusion quality, especiallv for thick products, to guarantee optimal fusion of products 4 sets precision sensors on in/Out of both Side Steam Chambers and Proportional Control Units are equipped to control accurate steaming pressure and better fusion quality,
especially multi-cavities high density products.
5. Vacuum system with the design of golden proportion of 1:15 and pre-vacuum is available. ow temperature water inlet ensures stable vacuum effect. Besides
Vacuum Filling, Vacuum Steaming is also available if require.
6. Demolding process: The proportional valve can limit the range of demolding; pressure and can be used for tight mold pressurization demolding: The release frame is in the form of a shutter to avoid affecting the life of the inner sealing ring of the guide sleeve due to the excessively long release ejector rod.
7. 2 Driven Cylinders + 4 Locking Cylinders with Frequency Converter, enable faster Open and Close. Direct multi-stages Hydraulic system with automatic pressure compensation controlled by Pressure Sensor. Hydraulic Demolding with ejecting plate.
